Just in an experimental fase I will open a FTP server at my home to grant you all access to my raw manual collection. If it does not work PSE let me know. We tested it and it seems to work at the moment. Here is the relevant data:
URL: ftp://212.204.174.103
Username : users
Password : manuals
I also tried to open up the WebServer so that also anonymous works. So to login is not needed (I hope). PSE let me know if all works OK.
If all works well then you have access to the manual collection. The speed is a max. average of 55 kilobyte/sec. PSE let me know your findings. It seems only to work with a FTP-client and also with Total Commander. Have fun !!!
